- Temporary Stay Visas - we assists our clients with obtaining extensions for tourist visas, including B-1 and B-2 visas for family visits and business related travel. Additionally, our law firm is available to counsel tourists in obtaining adjustments of status to other visa categories, including F-1, K-1, and conditional permanent residency based on marriage.
- Student Visas – we assist with obtaining F-1 (academic student visa), M-1 (vocational visa), and J-1 (advanced educational degree visa), which usually allow one to remain in the U.S. until the completion of one’s course of studies, a practical training period, and an additional 60 days. In addition, we also help our clients to adjust their student visas to other visa categories, such as H-1B employment visas.
