- Estate Planning
- We represent individuals, including business owners, on a wide range of estate planning matters. Among services that we offer are drafting of wills, powers of attorney and many different types of trust instruments necessary to assist clients with their estate planning and wealth transfer objectives. We also provide our clients with advice and guidance with respect to alternative estate planning arrangements, selecting executors and trustees, estate and gift tax issues, and techniques that may be used to minimize or avoid estate and gift taxes.
- Estate and Trust Administration
- We provide advice to executors, administrators and trustees in connection with the construction and interpretation of wills and trusts and the administration of trusts and estates. We also assist personal representatives with completing of all required steps in the process of estate administration.
- Trust for Care of Animal
- We specialize in preparation of trust instruments designed to provide for the care of an animal after its owner’s death. Such trust terminates upon the death of the animal and the remaining funds may be applied to any outstanding expenses of the trust and for burial or other postdeath expenditures for animal beneficiaries as provided in the instrument creating the trust.
