Jae Chang is an attorney at Kublan Khan PLC. He is admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Virginia and has been practicing law since 2015.
Mr. Chang earned his Juris Doctor degree from Widener Law School of Delaware in 2014 and undergraduate degree from George Mason University of Fairfax, VA, in Electrical Engineering in 1997.
Mr. Chang previously worked as an Assistant Commonwealth’s Attorney for Loudoun County, Virginia, prosecuting both Misdemeanor and Felony cases involving DUI, Reckless Driving, Drunk in Public, Assault & Battery, larceny, vehicle hit and run, Drugs Schedule I/II possession/distribution, check fraud, written threat, bomb threat, among others in both General District Court and Circuit Court. He also argued bond motions, probation violation hearings, attend arraignment, and handled restitution matters.
Before joining the Office of the Commonwealth’s Attorney, Mr. Chang worked for Chun & Associates, PLC where he practiced immigration, family, and civil litigation law. Prior to that, Mr. Chang worked for Right Size Law, PLLC where he was engaged in civil litigation in connection with labor law disputes.
Mr. Chang is happily married with two beautiful children. He is an active member of Korean Central Presbyterian Church located in Centreville, Virginia.
