Mehnaz Khan is a member of the firm. She received her Juris Doctor degree from the Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law, Washington, D.C. Ms. Khan is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Virginia, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia and the United Stated Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Virginia. She is the member of the Family Law Section and Bankruptcy Section of the Virginia State Bar, as well as Family Law Section of the Fairfax Bar Association.
Ms. Khan concentrates her legal practice in the areas of family law, immigration and bankruptcy. She has represented clients throughout the Northern Virginia area in Federal and State Courts. Ms. Khan has extensive knowledge of military divorce and the challenges members of the military families face when going through divorce, child custody and support matters. Ms. Khan is dedicated to help those who need to file for bankruptcy. She has a detailed knowledge of the Bankruptcy Code.
