Scott Parker

Scott Parker is a senior attorney at Kublan Khan PLC. He is admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Virginia and has been practicing law since 2009.

Mr. Parker received his Juris Doctorate degree from Suffolk University in Boston, Massachusetts, and received his Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Political Science from North Carolina State University in Raleigh, North Carolina before relocating to the Northern Virginia area.

Mr. Parker concentrates his practice exclusively to family law, including separation, divorce, child custody, visitation and support, including complex equitable distribution matters. As an experienced senior attorney, Mr. Parker has successfully negotiated and obtained fair and amicable resolutions in many cases, avoiding stress, complications, and costs for both parties.
